River Towne Homes
You may have noticed new signs in the community for a resale broker. Resale Specialists Inc. is now River Towne Homes. Beverly Daniel and Susan Krause have formed a new business which will offer complete services for buyers and sellers of manufactured homes. River Towne Homes is a dealer for Jacobsen manufactured and modular homes. They offer new sales, resales, land sales, home and land packages, relocation assistance, financing assistance, and modular home construction and set-up. The new sales center is under construction and is located at 2372 Blanding Blvd., Middleburg, Florida. Beverly will be dividing her time between Middleburg and Coquina Crossing. During the week, Roland will be showing homes and answering the phone (wave when you drive by).
