Frog Leap

This is one of those hard easy puzzles. Get all the frogs to opposite sides. (Click the frog to make it hop.) If you can't figure it out, the video below shows the solution. Even after I watched the video, I couldn't get it right. Click the red triangle to rest the frogs.

The Institute on World War II and the Human Experience

All residents of Coquina Crossing are invited to a very informative and interesting program on Feburary 11, at 7:00 P.M. in the ballroom.  The Coquina Crossing Veterans are having Anne Marsh, archivist with Florida State University give a presentation about the Institute on World War II and the Human Experience.  All residents who have letters, pictures or any kind of mementos from WWII are urged to come.  Have you thought about where your mementos will end up?  Don't lose them. You will learn about how FSU is preserving personal memories and souvenirs of WWII so future generations can learn about those experiences and how they affected our families and society.

The Institute on World War II and the Human Experience focuses on preserving your donated memories and artifacts of the men and women who served in World War II in the service and of civilians who helped on the home front.

Examples of items that have been donated are letters, diaries, manuscripts, photographs, military documents, memoirs, newspapers and newsletters from bases & defense plants, uniforms, ration coupons, maps, books, 40mm mortar shell, deactivated grenade, service papers, 90mm anti-aircraft shell, magazines, Neptunus Rex certificate, drawings, cartoons, etc.

The Institute needs your help to preserve your WWII memorabilia.  Do not let your memorabilia be thrown away because you think no one is interested in your personal account of WWII.  You can make a difference one more time for today and the future generations.  To learn more about donating click on donate WWII memorabilia (at their website).

If you would like a professional color copy (or copies) of the brochure mailed to you, a friend, or family members please e-mail the  Institute on WWII . Please note the brochure request in the subject line.  link
